I’m going to guess between one and one thousand jelly beans are in the jar. Oh wait, I didn’t realize you keep scooping some out before the final tally. I didn’t have that information before and it would greatly impact my model’s prediction.
I’m digging in and giving the site little revamps in a few places. Better type, better responsive handling, cleanup some code. In looking to add a dark mode, I ran across this example by Max Böck who dialed the idea to eleven with a color theme switcher featuring ten options. I don’t think I’m going to do ten but three or four might be nice.
Individual action is a tiny drop in the bucket. If the bucket gets full enough though, it can have the weight necessary to bend policy and change society. Stop eating beef and be pro-planet!
Times New Roman, Calibri, and up next…? Five new contenders have entered the ring to be the new default typeface in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs. Commissioned by Microsoft, their names are Tenorite, Bierstadt, Skeena, Seaford, and Grandview. They are already available to try and use with a swap planned in the future after some feedback and testing.
